Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior FPGA Design Engineer to be involved in a variety of projects. This position will require a good understanding in FPGA development from concept / architecture level to final implementation and verification of final design. As Senior FPGA Design Engineer you will be required to interact with clients and act as Project Manager for projects when required while still being responsible for FPGA designs.

• Full FGPA design cycle involving architecture definition, RTL coding, simulation, timing analysis, synthesis, place & route and final verification.
• Implementations using Verilog and/or VHDL
• System integration with board-level designs
• System-level Analysis and Architectural design
• Involvement in project management and estimation
• Direct interaction with customers
• Work with other engineers on a team to integrate FPGA designs on projects that include hardware and software design components

• 7+ years working experience in FPGA design
• Experience working with Altera, Xilinx, Actel, Lattice FPGAs from RTL design in Verilog or VHDL through simulation, synthesis and place & route
• Experience in designing for large, multi-million gate FPGA projects
• Experience working with full hardware design cycles
• Experience in defining and managing complex high-speed digital architectures
• Experience working in telecommunications, digital video, handheld device, or related industries
• Independent and self-managing
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
