We offer a full spectrum of systems engineering, including FPGA design, Board (PCB) design, Signal Integrity analysis, Firmware/Software, and turnkey Product Development. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand, maintain, and develop a large web-based software system
• Design new modules and capabilities
• Implement and test these new elements
• Re-factor legacy code as the system continues to grow and evolve

Requirements:

• PHP
• XHTML
• MySQL
• Javascript
• CSS
• Clear understanding of the MVC development model
• Experience working as a team member on large software projects       

• Experience with Ubuntu or any other Linux distribution
• Experience using Subversion as part of a team
• Familiarity with any recent frameworks, particularly Ruby on Rails
• Experience with AJAX/Web 2.0

This position provides a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for building software systems. This will be a very demanding, but rewarding, project. Both software development and systems integration will be involved. Candidates will be selected based on technical experience, proven independence, and personality.
